Indias EV giant Tata Motors Launched the Tigor EV price starting from Rs.11.99 Lakh.
Tata Motors launched its second Electric vehicle – Tigor EV on 31st August 2021. It is going to be priced between Rs.11.99 and Rs.13.14 Lakhs.
Tigor EV comes in three variants XE, XM and XZ+, priced at Rs.11.99 Lakh, 12.49 Lakh and Rs.12.99 Lakh. An Add-on Dual-tone model XZ+ DT is also available which is priced at Rs.13.14 Lakh.

The Tigor EV is a GNCAP 4-star certified sedan and has an ARAI certified range of 306 Km. The vehicle comes with a single motor front-wheel-drive system that can deliver a peak power of 55 kW and a peak torque of 170 Nm and is powered by a 26-kWh liquid-cooled, high energy density battery pack and an IP 67 rated battery pack and motor. The Tigor EV can achieve a speed of 0 to 60 Km/h in 5.8 Sec.
Tata Motors is offering an 8-year/160,000 KM battery and motor warranty and a 3-year/125000 vehicle warranty.
In terms of charging the Tigor EV is compatible with a globally acceptable CCS2 charging protocol and can be fast-charged as well as slow charged from any 15 A plug point. When opting for fast charging, it will only take about 65 minutes to charge from 0% to 80% capacity. For home charging, it takes approximately 8.5 hours to charge from 0% to 80% capacity.
It has a boot space of 316 litres is expandable up to 375 litres based on the option of removing the spare wheel. The Company will also provide customers with a tyre puncture kit.
